1. Introduction

Welcome to Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa. By booking our mobile dog grooming services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Services Offered

• Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa provides professional mobile dog grooming services, including but not limited to: bathing, blow drying, nail trimming, ear and eye cleaning, teeth brushing, haircuts, and other grooming treatments tailored to your pet’s needs.

3. Booking & Cancellations

• Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or other designated communication channels. A confirmed appointment time will be provided once the booking is made.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked. Please refer to 'Bella's Mobile Dog Spa: Cancellation Policy'

• Cancellation within 12 hours or No-Show: In the event of a no-show or failure to provide access to the dog at the scheduled time, a no-show fee of 100% of the service booked may be charged. Please refer to 'Bella's Mobile Dog Spa: Cancellation Policy'

4. Location requirements of appointment

• You agree to provide suitable parking for Bella's mobile dog spa for the duration of the appointment. This includes driveway or on-street parking directly in front of your property and easy access to an appropriate outdoor water tap and electrical point. Bella's mobile dog spa must adhere to all council parking and set-up laws, therefore, they are unable to park and run lines across roads, park over adjoining driveways, park on nature strips, park within 1 meter of a corner, park over a fire hydrant, or disrupt nearby neighbours by parking in front of their properties.

If there is no suitable parking, we will be unable to complete your booked service and a 50% cost of service on-the-spot cancellation fee may apply.

• You are to ensure that all vehicles are moved BEFORE Bella's mobile dog spa arrives. Once set-up, for safety reasons, Bella's mobile dog spa is not able to move to accommodate anyone needing to move their vehicles.

5. Payment

• Fees: All grooming services are subject to the fees outlined on our website or communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Bella's mobile dog spa reserves the right to charge additional fees if extra time or services are required due to coat condition, skin condition, special handling needs, demeanour of the pet as well as all other additional services requested or deemed necessary.

• Bella's mobile dog spa will endeavour to inspect, quote and advise upon collection of any extra charges (e.g. matting or flea bath). However, sometimes Bella may miss severe matting, fleas etc upon collection. When these incidents occur, Bella will attempt to notify the client, by phone and/or text, and the appropriate charges will be added to the previous quoted price.

• Methods of Payment: We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and cash.

6. Pet Health and Safety

• Pre-existing Conditions: Clients must inform Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa of any health issues, allergies, or special requirements related to their dog before the grooming appointment.

• You understand that de-matting, shaving, clipping, stripping, and carding may cause hair loss, patchiness, skin irritations, sores, or cuts and may expose pre-existing skin conditions. If any of these incidents occur, Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa holds no responsibility for costs incurred due to the owner's negligence.

• Aggressive Dogs: If your dog has a history of aggression or fear, please inform us beforehand. Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa reserves the right to refuse service or cease service at any time if the dog is deemed unsafe for grooming.

• Health Issues: If any health issues are detected during the grooming process, Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa will inform the owner. We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions that may worsen during grooming.

7. Grooming Procedure

• Grooming Style: The grooming services will be performed as per the requested style or breed standard, but Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa reserves the right to suggest modifications based on the dog’s health, coat condition, or temperament.

• You agree to pay for all grooming services deemed necessary by Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa for the best interest and well-being of the pet.

• If fleas are present, a flea bath soak will be given at your expense.

• Nail Clipping: You understand that your pet's nails may be clipped (depending on service), thus with the possibility of exposing the quick, which may or may not bleed, at the time of grooming but therefore may afterwards. In the event nails bleed during a pet's grooming service, Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa will apply styptic powder (Quick Stop). If a pet's nails bleed after grooming appointment, brown sugar or corn starch can be applied to stop bleeding, if septic powder is not available.

• Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa does not recommend full grooms on double and tripled coated dogs. Clipping a double/triple coated dog, can result in damage to the coat, or can become a health and safety risk to the dog’s natural ability to warm/cool itself. If you wish to have your double/triple coated dog clipped, or if the dog is matted and a shave off is needed, Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa takes no responsibility for any coat damage, and/or health issues (existing, underlying, or new) that may result from the removal of undercoat and guard hair.

• Late Arrival: If the client is not present or ready for the appointment at the agreed time, Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa may need to adjust the time allotted for grooming, which could affect the quality or extent of services provided.

8. Liability and Damages

• Owner’s Responsibility: The owner is responsible for ensuring that the dog is in good health and free from parasites (fleas, ticks, etc.) prior to grooming. Any damage to equipment, property or a person caused by the pet during grooming will be charged to the owner.

• Liability: Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet during grooming. However, we are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during the grooming process, provided the services are rendered with reasonable care and skill.

• You understand that due to policies and insurance regulations, NO ONE is allowed in the mobile grooming salon while a pet is being serviced. You should not allow your children/dependant to observe your dog being groomed unsupervised by their legal guardian, as we are not responsible for their safety and wellbeing. You understand entering or allowing your children/dependant to enter Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa waives any claims against Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa for injury or property damage occurring inside Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal Information: Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa will only collect and use personal information as necessary for providing our services. This includes your contact information, pet details, and any other relevant information you provide at the time of booking.

• Confidentiality: All client information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

• You consent to Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa taking images or recordings of your pet and sharing these to social media. You understand and agree that we own all Intellectual Property Rights, including but not limited to Copyright, in the Images.

10. Termination of Service

Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa reserves the right to terminate the grooming service if the dog becomes excessively aggressive, anxious or stressed, a health issue is detected, or the owner violates any terms of this agreement. In such cases, the client will still be responsible for any services rendered up to that point.

11. Changes to Terms

Bella’s Mobile Dog Spa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will apply to any bookings made after the date of posting.

Cancellation Policy


At Bella's Mobile Dog Spa, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients and ensure the smooth operation of our business, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked. This fee helps cover the cost of the time and resources reserved for your pet.

Cancellation within 12 hours or No-Show Policy

If Bella's Mobile dog spa arrives at the given address for your appointment and you are not present and have not provided any prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the service booked. This fee helps to cover expenses and ensures that we can continue to offer timely services to all our valued clients.

Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation and waive any applicable fees.

Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a new appointment time that suits your schedule.
